Is it a diamond?

No. Moissanite is its own gemstone. We will never describe it as a diamond.

Will it tarnish or change colour?

The moissanite keeps its sparkle. Sterling silver can darken slowly over time, which is normal; a soft polishing cloth brings it back. Take your jewelry off before swimming or showering.
